Sani-Armor Natural HDPE sheet is extruded in-house at our ISO certified facility using 100% Canadian sourced resin. When you order from iPoly, you're buying direct from the extrusion mill — not from a warehouse that rebrands someone else's sheet.

Our Natural HDPE Sheet
Not all HDPE sheet is the same. The resin grade, melt index, and extrusion process all affect how the finished sheet performs in the field.
Sani-Armor is formulated with an engineered resin rheology that gives our sheet consistent density and impact resistance across the full gauge range. Our proprietary FusionForm™ extrusion process produces a tighter, more uniform cell structure than standard commodity extrusion — resulting in a sheet that forms predictably, welds to full joint strength, and machines without delamination or stress cracking.
Every Sani-Armor HDPE sheet exceeds ASTM D4976 general-purpose standards. This is the sheet that fabricators keep coming back to.
Gauges
Sani-Armor Natural HDPE is extruded from 0.063" through 3/4", with custom gauge runs available for OEM and high-volume programs.
