As a sheet extruder with in-house CNC capabilities and a dedicated R&D formulation program, we work directly with OEMs, fabricators, and converters to deliver Sani-Armor HDPE in the exact format, gauge, and specification your application demands — whether that's a custom coil run, an oversized sheet blank, a precision-cut part, or a reformulated resin blend.

Coil supply is one of the capabilities that sets iPoly apart from distributors and standard sheet manufacturers. Coil format reduces handling, minimizes cut-off waste, and integrates cleanly into automated cutting and thermoforming lines.

Sheets And Custom Sizes
Standard 48" × 96" and 48" × 120" sheets are stocked for immediate shipment. For applications requiring larger blanks or non-standard dimensions, we extrude and cut to your spec.
Custom sheets can be made in sizes ranging from,

57"W x 144"L in gauges from 0.063" to 3/8"
54"W x 144"L in gauges from 0.063" to 1/2"

CNC Solutions & Design
iPoly's in-house CNC capability means you can order cut-to-size blanks, routed profiles, and precision-dimensioned parts alongside your sheet or coil order — no second vendor, no re-handling.
Our CNC program is built for industrial fabricators and OEM supply programs, not one-off projects. If you're running a repeat part or a production program that currently requires secondary cutting operations at your facility, talk to us about consolidating that work upstream.

Custom Formulations & Engineered HDPE Sheet
Standard HDPE sheet doesn't fit every application. If your project requires specific performance characteristics — UV stabilization, enhanced slip, anti-static properties, NSF compliance, or a specific color outside our in-house stock — our formulation team works with you to develop a Sani-Armor compound that meets your spec.

All custom formulations undergo internal lab testing against established property targets before production. You receive a material with documented, verified performance — not a best-guess blend.
