How We Make It
Every sheet starts with prime grade FDA Polymer resin—selected and blended in-house to meet the application's requirements. Our extrusion lines run continuous production, with operators monitoring thickness, flatness, color, and surface finish at every stage.
Sheet is trimmed to exact dimensions, inspected, and packaged for shipment or routed to the CNC department for finished component production. Nothing leaves the building without passing our documented ISO 9001 quality checks.
Because we control the full process from raw material to finished sheet, we can adjust formulations, thicknesses, and colors without the lead times or minimums you'd face with a distributor.
Raw Materials & Custom Formulation
We source virgin polymer resin and compound our own color and additive blends in-house. This gives us complete control over the final sheet's properties—density, impact resistance, UV stability, chemical resistance, and color consistency.
When a customer brings us an application challenge, we don't just pull a product off the shelf. We formulate to the spec. That might mean adjusting the polymer blend, adding a UV stabilizer package, or specifying a particular surface texture for grip or release.
No hidden fillers. No extenders. ASTM-compliant on every batch—and we'll notify you before we ever deviate from a specification.
In-House Lab & Quality Control
Our in-house laboratory runs continuous testing on existing product lines and performs real-life testing for new formulations. This means we catch issues before they reach your production floor.
Every batch is documented with full QA records. We never use hidden fillers or extenders, and we never deviate from ASTM specifications without notifying the client first.
